Broccoli and Pea Soup (V)

Ingredients:
Broccoli
Peas
Olive Oil
Salt (Himalayan)
Chilli Flakes
Black Pepper
Garlic
Cumin Seeds
Leek
How to:
1- Wash the Broccoli, Leeks and Pea and pre heat your oven at 180C.
2- Chop the Garlic, Broccoli and Leeks into a preferred size.
3- Line your baking tray and add the broccoli, oil salt, black pepper, garlic and chilli flakes. Cook until slightly charred and soft.
4- In a pot add your chopped leak, garlic, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt and peas. Cook for about 5-10 mins or until satisfied with the texture.
5- Add the broccoli to the pan and some vegetable broth.
6- Cook for about 5 minutes with the lid on top.
7- Blitz and enjoy with your complimentary sides. I love having it with some Blue cheese and sourdough bread. But tell me what you like with yours :).
